Nothing helps you focus like new, quiet surroundings without the constantly buzz of phone. Our lakeside cabin offers space for up to six people to unwind in a stunning and environment of a boreal forest.
Off-setting superficial day-to-day encounters with a hike in pristine wilderness or canoeing through alabyrinth of stunning islands allows you to see and appreciateothers in all their rich complexity. Shared experiences are critical to relatedness and trust.
Our offsites can be designed accommodate road-mapping or reviewing existing plans against organizational values and behaviours, ensu ring alignment between all team members.
They can also help identify areas for improvement. Or generate new ideas and problem-solving approaches. All to allow leaders to make informed decisions about changes that need to be made to improve bottom-line results.
